I’m in the mood to travel somewhere exotic and came across some of these beautiful locations so thought I’d share…….

Lake Louise, Canada
It has become symbolic of the quintessentially Canadian mountain scene.known for its sparkling blue waters,is situated at the base of impressive glacier-clad peaks that have long been at the heart of Canadian mountaineering.At about 2.5 km long&90 mtrs deep,the lake offers a surreal paddling experience in the warm summer months&one of the most scenic skating rinks in the world in winter.

Lençóis Maranhenses, Brazil
The name  Lençóis Maranhenses means the “bedsheets of Maranhão,” the state in Brazil on the tropical northeastern coast where the half-moon-shaped dunes are found

By any name it is a magical desert, with wave after wave of shimmering white sand Shoals of silvery fish swim in brilliant blue & green pools left behind by the rains

It’s one of Jewels of Brazil and undoubtedly it is

Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park, China
We had a hard time believing that this insane mountain formation was real But, believe it or not,this technicolor range actually exists

Layers of different colored sandstone & minerals were pressed together over 24 million years

The formations were shaped into the flowing valleys after 1000’s of years of rain & wind,the region has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2010
