By any name it is a magical desert, with wave after wave of shimmering white sand Shoals of silvery fish swim in brilliant blue & green pools left behind by the rains

We had a hard time believing that this insane mountain formation was real But, believe it or not,this technicolor range actually exists
Layers of different colored sandstone & minerals were pressed together over 24 million years
The formations were shaped into the flowing valleys after 1000’s of years of rain & wind,the region has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2010
